Recipe for berry cherry smoothie:

120g pitted cherries
120g blackberries
120g blueberries
120g Greek yoghurt
1 tspn vanilla concentrated extract
1 x 20ml tblspn chia seeds, ground
Dash agave, honey or sweetener of choice
1 cup oat milk (or other dairy free milk)
Handful berries, extra

Blend all ingredients (except extra berries) until combined.  Top with fresh berries.

Serves: 2

    The smoothie sounds delicious and refreshing. Also, it reminds me that our seasons are “opposites” – berries and cherries are not around this time of year here in California 🙂
