Whimsical Christmas ornaments

I love unusual, sort of quirky/cute Christmas decorations.  I’ve spotted some sweet little creatures and things around lately which are very tempting to buy …

  1. Oh, I love the owls and the eggs in a nest — adorable! We’re not going to have a tree this year because we’ll be celebrating Christmas in California with family, but these ornaments have given me a little pang for a good old-fashioned tree-trimming.

  2. I have a real bird’s nest I found in the garden, plus the remains of a couple of hatched eggs. They’re currently decorating my mantel piece.

I do like your aesthetic Emma. Next time I make it back up that way, it might be nice to finally meet. =o)

    1. I haven’t seen a real birds’ nest since I was a kid! There’s nothing like the real thing.

And thanks Toni – it would be lovely to meet! :):)
